Balinese & Indonesian Cooking Lesson

Let’s learn how to cook simple Indonesian OR Balinese dishes with us! Only IDR 400K/pax with minimum participants: 2 pax per session.

Time: Lunch (10 am – 1 pm)
Dinner: (4 pm – 7 pm)

MENU

5-course Indonesian Food Menu

  • Pergedel Jagung (deep fried corn fritter)
  • Soto Ayam (Indonesian turmeric chicken soup with glass noodle)
  • Pepes Ikan (grilled marinated fish wrapped in banana leaf)
  • Kare Tahu Tempe (soy bean cake curry sauce and fermented soy bean curry)
  • Kolak Pisang (banana and palm sugar soup)

OR

5-course Balinese Food Menu

  • Sayur Urab (mixed vegetables with chili coconut)
  • Ikan Sambal Matah (Balinese seared fish with raw chili, cafir lime dressing)
  • Soup Cramcam Ayam (Balinese minced chicken soup)
  • Sate Lilit Ayam (grilled Balinese minced chicken skewer)
  • Dadar Gulung (Balinese crepes roll filled with grated coconut and palm sugar)
