Let’s learn how to cook simple Indonesian OR Balinese dishes with us! Only IDR 400K/pax with minimum participants: 2 pax per session.
Time: Lunch (10 am – 1 pm)

- Pergedel Jagung (deep fried corn fritter)
- Soto Ayam (Indonesian turmeric chicken soup with glass noodle)
- Pepes Ikan (grilled marinated fish wrapped in banana leaf)
- Kare Tahu Tempe (soy bean cake curry sauce and fermented soy bean curry)
- Kolak Pisang (banana and palm sugar soup)

- Sayur Urab (mixed vegetables with chili coconut)
- Ikan Sambal Matah (Balinese seared fish with raw chili, cafir lime dressing)
- Soup Cramcam Ayam (Balinese minced chicken soup)
- Sate Lilit Ayam (grilled Balinese minced chicken skewer)
- Dadar Gulung (Balinese crepes roll filled with grated coconut and palm sugar)
